The primary business of the SACCO is to mobilize Savings for members and extend loans to its members thereby empowering them economically and socially.
NATCON Sacco has prospered through the years by employing sound corporate governance doctrines, dedicated and committed membership and leadership. The SACCO has increased its members over the years from 30 members to 203 in 6 years with membership cutting across the National Construction Authority and with a plan to expand the common bond to members within the Public Sector in sister parastatals and government agencies.

How to Join NATCON STAFF SACCO
Natcon Staff Sacco draws its membership from the employees of the National Construction Authority which is our common bond.
• To join the SACCO a member completes an online application form, pays a one off joining fee of Kshs. 1,500 and purchases a minimal share capital of 250 shares each costing Kshs. 20 (Kshs. 5,000).
